Book of Poems | Pleated Spine, pamphlet stitch.
A collection of some of my favorite poetry. Each poet's poems are bound in a codex, mounted to a valley in a pleated spine.
This is one of my favorite books. It was also the most time consuning and difficult. I requested permission from each of the poets' publishers. They wanted copies as well as copies being sent to the Library of Congress for copyright purposes. That alone required making nine books simply before I made any for myself. The cover is handmade paper, the insert is thai paper.
